Mayflower has a commercial building permitting process which must be followed. Please come to city hall during regular business hours to pick up the packet. City Council & Planning Commission
Companies and individuals wishing to begin commercial building work in Mayflower should attend a Planning Commission meeting first to determine if there are zoning and/or ordinances that need to be considered and/or addressed. Afterward, a presentation will need to be made to the City Council for its authorization to begin work. Planning Commission and City Council meeting dates can be found on the city calendar.
