Mayflower has a residential building permitting process which must be followed. Please come to city hall during regular business hours to pick up the packet. This packet must be completed in its entirety and turned in prior to any work beginning. Below are permits and ordinance(s) to get you started.
Individuals wishing to begin residential building work in Mayflower should attend a Planning Commission meeting first to determine if there are zoning and/or ordinances that need to be considered and/or addressed. Planning Commission meeting dates can be found on the city calendar.
